Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all service agreements, subscriptions, and business relationships between you and Arfa Tech & Solutions. Please read carefully.

01 Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) and Arfa Tech & Solutions (operating as Arfa Solutions, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a technology company based in Deoband, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These T&C apply to all services provided by Arfa Tech & Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Software development and web application projects undertaken on a contract basis
  • Website design, development, and ongoing maintenance retainers
  • IT consulting and digital transformation engagements
  • Digital marketing and SEO campaigns
  • Subscriptions to and use of the Scrivia AI AI platform

These T&C are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which together form the complete legal agreement between you and Arfa Tech & Solutions. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these T&C shall take precedence for service-specific matters.

By engaging our services, signing a proposal, making a payment, or using Scrivia AI, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02 Service Agreements

Each client project or service engagement is governed by a combination of these T&C and the specific scope of work agreed upon. The following applies to all project-based engagements:

📋 Proposal & Scope of Work

All services begin with a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. The proposal must be accepted (verbally, in writing, or by payment) before work commences.

📌 Scope Boundaries

Work is limited to what is described in the agreed proposal. Any additional features, pages, functionality, or work outside the original scope will be scoped and priced as a separate change request.

🤝 Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, required assets (logos, content, credentials), and necessary approvals. Delays caused by the client may result in corresponding timeline extensions.

Arfa Tech & Solutions reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement if the work requested violates these T&C, our ethical standards, or any applicable law.

03 Scrivia AI Subscription Plans

Scrivia AI is offered as a subscription-based SaaS platform. The following terms apply to all Scrivia AI subscriptions:

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice to existing subscribers.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings
  • Downgrading may result in reduced credit limits or feature access from the next billing cycle
  • Account sharing or multi-user access beyond your plan’s seat limit is prohibited

04 AI Credit System

Scrivia AI operates on an AI credit system. Credits are consumed each time you generate content, run AI workflows, or use certain advanced features. The following rules govern credit usage:

Rule Details
Monthly Reset Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Top-Up Credits Additional credits can be purchased on-demand within the platform if your monthly allocation is exhausted.
Credit Expiry Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Used credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, regardless of the output quality.
Fair Use Automated or bulk credit usage via scripting is prohibited. Accounts found abusing the credit system will be suspended.

Credit allocations per plan are visible on your account dashboard. We notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly credit limit.

05 Payment & Billing

All payments to Arfa Tech & Solutions are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway. The following billing terms apply:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay
  • Currency: Payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) or the currency specified at checkout
  • Project Deposits: Custom service projects require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule
  • Subscription Billing: Subscription fees are charged automatically on the renewal date using the payment method on file
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed. We will notify you by email
  • Invoices: Digital invoices are issued for all payments and sent to your registered email address

Arfa Tech & Solutions does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

06 No Refund Policy

All payments made to Arfa Tech & Solutions — whether for custom service projects, Scrivia AI subscriptions, or AI credit top-ups — are strictly non-refundable.

All sales are final. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited under any circumstances. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and understood the scope of services and agree to this no-refund policy.

This applies to all of the following without exception:

  • Custom service projects — deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Scrivia AI subscriptions — monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
  • AI credit top-ups — purchased credits are non-refundable regardless of whether they are used or unused
  • Consulting or strategy sessions — fees paid for advisory or consultation services are non-refundable

07 Delivery & Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope at the time of the proposal. Arfa Tech & Solutions is committed to delivering quality work on schedule, but the following conditions apply:

  • All timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, third-party dependencies, or changes in project scope
  • Arfa Tech & Solutions will communicate proactively if a timeline is at risk and will propose a revised schedule
  • Client delays — such as late feedback, missing assets, or unapproved deliverables — will result in corresponding timeline extensions and are not considered a breach by Arfa Tech & Solutions
  • Scrivia AI is a live SaaS platform. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible

If you have a hard deadline, please communicate it clearly at the start of the engagement. We will confirm in writing whether it is achievable before work begins.

08 Revisions & Change Requests

For custom service projects, a fixed number of revisions is typically included as part of the agreed scope. The following terms apply:

  • The number of included revision rounds is specified in the project proposal
  • A “revision” refers to minor adjustments within the agreed scope — not new features, redesigns, or scope changes
  • Revision requests should be submitted in writing (email or project management tool) with clear, consolidated feedback
  • Additional revision rounds beyond the included allocation will be billed at our standard hourly rate
  • Change requests that materially alter the project scope will require a new or amended proposal before work proceeds

To make revisions efficient, we recommend consolidating all feedback into a single batch per round. Piecemeal feedback can extend timelines unnecessarily.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

Arfa Tech & Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Scrivia AI account or service access under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment: Failure to pay subscription fees or outstanding invoices after due notice
  • Terms violation: Breach of these T&C, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy
  • Fraudulent activity: Attempted fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the credit or refund system
  • Platform abuse: Excessive usage beyond plan limits via automation, bots, or unauthorized sharing
  • Legal requirement: Where required by law or regulatory authority

Upon Account Termination:

  • Access to Scrivia AI and all generated content history will be revoked
  • Outstanding invoices remain due regardless of account status
  • Data may be retained for up to 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods except as provided under our Refund Policy

You may cancel your Scrivia AI subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be made.

10 Confidentiality

Arfa Tech & Solutions understands that clients may share sensitive business information during the course of a project or subscription. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality.

  • We will not disclose your project details, business information, or data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law
  • Team members working on your project are bound by internal confidentiality policies
  • We may use anonymized, non-identifiable project information for portfolio or case study purposes unless you expressly request otherwise

📋 NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

If your project involves highly sensitive or proprietary information, we are happy to sign a formal NDA upon request. Please raise this before work begins and we will arrange it promptly.

Client confidentiality applies mutually: any proprietary processes, pricing models, or internal information shared by Arfa Tech & Solutions during an engagement should similarly be treated as confidential by the client.

11 Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues amicably and professionally. In the event of a dispute, the following process applies:

Step 1 — Direct Communication

Contact our team at hello@arfasolutions.com describing the issue clearly. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation

If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction at the operational level, you may escalate to our management team. Please include a summary of previous communication and the resolution you are seeking.

Step 3 — Formal Proceedings

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of India in accordance with Indian law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal litigation.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Arfa Tech & Solutions is a violation of these T&C and may result in immediate account termination and referral to debt recovery.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These T&C represent the entire agreement between you and Arfa Tech & Solutions regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
